Marina Gate - apartments in Dubai Marina
Marina Gate is a move-in ready residential complex in Dubai Marina. The project consists of three multi-storey buildings connected by a seven-level podium. The well-known developer Select Group was involved in the development of the complex. The work was carried out in several stages from 2014 to 2020.
The architects of the Marina Gate project are specialists from the international company Aedas. Consultants from Cladtech International LLC (CTI) took part in the creation of exclusive facades.
Marina Gate includes three multi-level towers: the 52-story Marina Gate Tower 1, the 66-story Marina Gate Tower 2 and the 56-level Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The last skyscraper is managed by the hotel chain Jumeirah Group. There are luxury studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, duplexes, 4-bedroom penthouses and 15 villas with 2-5 bedrooms. This is the first project in the UAE of the global chain Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, known worldwide for its luxurious resorts. It will be the last ultra-luxury hotel built on the Palm Jumeirah. The Six Senses The Palm beach complex will consist of a 60-room hotel and 162 branded residences:

Private residences will also be managed by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. Therefore, their owners will have exclusive access to all hotel services and amenities. In particular, in accordance with the concept of the brand, a wellness center will operate at the hotel. The design of the resort is inspired by the shape of sea coral, which will be embodied in the wavy lines of the roofs and the cellular facades of the buildings. Peninsula Three - apartments and residences in Downtown Dubai
Peninsula is a new exclusive community from Select Group. The project will be located in the business center of Dubai Business Bay, on the banks of the Dubai Canal. A unique plot of 93 thousand square meters has been allocated for its construction. m, surrounded by water on three sides.
